Responsibilities

• Management of district(s) payroll to company expectations
• Strengthen scheduling accuracy and effectiveness
• Ensure district(s) are managing payroll to company expectations
• Effectively communicate and train on operational excellence
• Lead the overall daily operations strategy
• Regularly coach store and field teams on core operational processes
• Development of action plans and strategies for back-of-house operations
• Elevate inventory integrity to drive sales and profitability
• Ensure inventory is flowing efficiently and accurately
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce inventory disparities
• Advise on inventory integrity opportunities
• Support store teams with inventory preparation and execution
• Develop and implement strategies for profitability
• Responsible for P&L review and dashboard reporting
• Analyze information related to front-of-house operations
• Support teammate individual development plans
• Identify and support the development of store management teammates
• Educate store teams through active communication
