Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of local field marketing strategy, identifying priority event opportunities and shaping how Kodiak shows up in communities to drive brand engagement and business growth.
- Research, evaluate, and select field marketing events with minimal oversight that align with business objectives, ensuring events are strategically selected based on performance potential and market fit.
- Drive national brand activations, ensuring all touchpoints reflect Kodiak’s positioning and deliver meaningful consumer impact.
- Own performance tracking, setting KPIs, analyzing results, and making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and implement changes based on data to optimize the Field Marketing program.
- Direct staffing strategy for field events, determining appropriate coverage, aligning team assignments with event goals, and ensuring all brand representatives are prepared to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Act as a strategic leader across departments, proactively aligning field initiatives with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure events support key product launches and market expansion.
- Forecast and manage event product needs, setting inventory requirements and driving communication with Operations to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
- Oversee logistics, setting expectations with partners, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and resolving escalations or issues as they arise.
- Optimize inventory systems and usage, developing processes that ensure brand consistency, reduce waste, and improve readiness for future activations.
- Leverage event data and market insights to inform strategy, compiling regular recaps and performance reports that shape future planning and shape broader field marketing strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered.
- Prior experience in field marketing, brand promotions, customer service, or event planning provides the foundation needed to hit the ground running.
