Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partner marketing or field marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS or tech industry.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful partner marketing programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and drive them to completion.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Deep understanding of channel dynamics and the ability to engage with a variety of partner types.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess program performance and leverage data to optimize strategy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key partners to create and implement field marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, foster partner engagement, and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Spearhead the strategy, planning, and execution of joint partner events, ensuring meaningful engagement for both end-users and partners through initiatives like workshops, roadshows, roundtables, and industry conferences.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including events, webinars, digital platforms, and email, to support joint partner opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, GTM, Product Marketing, and Partner Teams to align messaging, develop campaigns, and ensure consistent partner engagement across all touchpoints.
- Track and report on key program metrics, analyzing the performance of field marketing initiatives to measure their impact on lead generation, pipeline, and revenue growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of each partner’s business strategy and ensure alignment with marketing efforts to drive mutual success.
- Oversee marketing budgets for initiatives, ensuring that campaigns meet or exceed ROI targets.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
