Requirements
- 2+ years experience in accelerating sales pipeline for tech or SaaS organizations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Business acumen with a focus on quantitative goals.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt in rapidly changing environments.
- Ability to make decisions and recommendations in ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Ramp’s field marketing strategy to drive net-new sales leads, accelerate existing opportunities and deepen our customer relationships.
- Manage end-to-end field marketing campaigns, from event ideation, audience targeting, sales enablement, technical production, and post-event analysis and pipeline tracking.
- Partner with the Sales team and other key stakeholders to align event goals, audience targeting and post-event learnings.
- Own lead generation and pipeline targets.
- Deliver data reporting and post-event learnings to the Sales, Growth, and Leadership teams to increase awareness and impact of the program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and test messaging, promotion, deliverables, and tactics that align with program goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with webinar platforms such as Splash or Livestorm.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
