Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline; 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Direct experience with channel marketing preferred; experience working with global alliances, corporate resellers, or partners knowledgeable of Veeam is a plus.
  • Proven field marketing experience with successful integrated campaign planning and execution, ideally within volume or high-transaction segments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement volume-focused marketing strategies to increase sales and market share; support onsite execution for national programs and volume engagements.
  • Build and execute annual field marketing campaigns targeting volume segments, with emphasis on communication, demand generation, deal acceleration, and high-frequency volume promotions.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing tactics—including digital campaigns, events, and promotions—designed specifically for the needs of the volume segment.
  • Create and manage programs to attract, engage, and retain volume customers, fostering loyalty and driving repeat business.
  • Meet regularly with Sales and SDR teams to build quarterly plans, review progress, identify opportunities, and ensure robust lead follow-up and pipeline management.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials and organize promotional events to boost brand awareness and drive engagement within the volume segment.
  • Secure buy-in and alignment from regional sales, channel, corporate, and marketing teams, ensuring collaboration and communication on marketing plans and execution.
  • Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, optimize ROI, and allocate marketing resources efficiently to maximize business impact.
  • Frequently analyze sales and marketing data to uncover trends and insights that inform business decisions and campaign optimization.
  • Report on campaign ROI, success metrics, and overall business contribution.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to continuously enhance marketing strategies and execution.
