Responsibilities
- Build and maintain outstanding relationships with customers in the Cincinnati area, including 2-year and 4-year schools.
- Engage in cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and managing longer sales cycles.
- Successfully implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide flawless customer service and support using a company car for field visits.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a world-class customer experience.
