Requirements

  • Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
  • Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • High ethical standards and commitment to customer service
  • Experience with CDK, Dealertrack, or similar software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong lender relationships and secure the best financing options
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and contracts
  • Provide a seamless and professional customer experience
  • Interact with sales team and sales managers to ensure transactions are completed accurately and to the customer’s satisfaction
  • Follow-up with customers as courtesy reminder for purchased products requiring customer action (ex. Protective coating applied)
  • Assist Sales Team with customer engagement in the sales department during peak traffic times
  • Obtain all appropriate licensing within 90 days from date of hire.
