Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending, and compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- High ethical standards and commitment to customer service
- Experience with CDK, Dealertrack, or similar software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong lender relationships and secure the best financing options
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and contracts
- Provide a seamless and professional customer experience
- Interact with sales team and sales managers to ensure transactions are completed accurately and to the customer’s satisfaction
- Follow-up with customers as courtesy reminder for purchased products requiring customer action (ex. Protective coating applied)
- Assist Sales Team with customer engagement in the sales department during peak traffic times
- Obtain all appropriate licensing within 90 days from date of hire.
