Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, graduating in Spring or Summer 2026
- Internship or field-based experience in one or more capital-intensive industries, such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Energy, or Chemicals
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Comfortable with up to 80% travel. Ability to travel to and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible (e.g., factories, hospitals, mines)
Responsibilities
- Join a client service team and take ownership of a workstream to solve challenges
- Drive process improvement and deliver successful business results
- Develop broad-based strategies for a diverse set of clients
- Rotate through three Sub-Service Line offerings—Capital Portfolio, Project Development, and Project Delivery
- Combine research, analyzing data, interviews, and brainstorming to generate insights and solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge continuous improvement programs, i.e., Lean/Six Sigma is desirable
