Fee Consulting Senior Analyst

Bachelor’s degree with a preference given to candidates with related field of study Finance or Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, etc.
3-7 years of demonstrated analytical work experience ideally within the financial services industry, a consulting firm or large accounting firm.
Knowledge of investment management fees and pricing, including knowledge of vehicle structures, third party costs, competitive landscape, reporting and the regulatory environment.
Advanced Excel experience (financial modeling / pivot tables / formulas) and Power BI experience.
Ability to analyze complex data and information, create summary materials to share findings, and present conclusions and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Ability to identify, assess, respond to and escalate risks or potential risks encountered through day-to-day activities.
Strong planning and time management skills, yet flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Collaborative and successfully build partnerships, working together with others to meet shared objectives.
Effective communication skills, developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

Develop fee policy recommendations and support business cases for related fee decisions while maintaining existing fee guidelines.
Serve as the subject matter expert on global investment management fees, educating clients and prospects, business management, sales, and operational teams on fees, expenses, and share classes.
Conduct regular, extensive benchmarking to monitor the competitiveness of CG investment management fee and expense levels.
