Requirements
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
- Food Allergen Safety Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills, and willingness to adapt
Responsibilities
- Enter and reconcile vendor invoices accurately
- Assist with end-of-month inventory counts and enter inventory data
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Set up appointments with vendors and follow up to ensure completion of services
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights and ground transportation
- Update and manage point-of-sale systems
- Place food and beverage orders in coordination with department leads
- Update and print food labels, menus, and promotional marketing materials
- Submit marketing and promotional requests for food and beverage events
- Coordinate internal employee events
- Order restaurant décor and general supplies in a timely manner for upcoming events, while adhering to budget
- Ensure the department’s events calendar is current and organized
- Manage restaurant specific social media accounts in accordance with company expectations and social media policies
- Communicate IT updates
- Actively participate in required online and in-person trainings and meetings, while adhering to applicable deadlines
- Additional duties as assigned
