Requirements
- Must be board certified in Family Medicine
- At least 3 years of experience in Family Medicine, preferably 2-5 years of which in Colorado
- Knowledge or education of integrative, personalized, or functional medicine a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver full-scope health care using evidence-based guidelines
- Evaluate and manage patient care including patient wishes, preferences, and goals
- Educate patients and/or families about the nature of their illness and treatment options
- Perform medical procedures based on knowledge, skills, and interests
- Demonstrate knowledge of practice protocols, including comfort in immunizations, well-child and adult care, care management, and health-needs screening
