Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in Customer Success or Implementation
  • Experience working in healthcare, ideally with Senior Living operators
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of August’s Move-In product with senior living operators across North America, working with both home office and on-the-ground community staff
  • Own the end-to-end project management of the Move-In setup—from kickoff to go-live to post-launch optimization
  • Be the go-to expert on Move-Ins at August—developing best practices, standard processes, and training materials for both internal teams and our customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for your customers, communicating directly with all levels of the organization: c-suite, community-level leaders, sales and marketing teams, nurses, and care staff
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver valuable feedback, championing the voice of the customer to improve and evolve the Move-Ins experience
  • Drive adoption and excitement through personalized trainings, launch events, and strategic touchpoints to ensure long-term success
  • Collaborate with our broader CX team to elevate our implementation strategy and build scalable processes as the company and team grow
