Faclities CMMS & Spare Parts Coordinator

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance coordination, or a related role, with hands-on experience in CMMS and spare parts management
• Proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all maintenance activities are accurately recorded in the CMMS
• Maintain maintenance schedules, work orders, and preventive maintenance programs within the CMMS
• Establish workflows to build the asset database efficiently and accurately as well as continuous improvement and maintenance of the asset database
• Track spare parts usage and identify trends to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement of spare parts
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies including ordering
• Perform cycle counts of maintenance inventory, kit parts for planned maintenance intervals, and restock inventory
• Research parts needed, identify vendors, obtain quotes, add/move/replace physically and update the CMMS using BRAM
• Support asset induction for all equipment
• Act as BRAM trainer and subject matter expert
• Provide SAP project support for FE inventory management for induction into SAP
• Manage list of consumables and spare parts pricing in BRAM to support budget inputs
• Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, operations, and procurement, to ensure alignment on maintenance and spare parts needs
• Provide support to maintenance technicians and other staff regarding spare parts requirements and CMMS-related issues.
