Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance coordination, or a related role, with hands-on experience in CMMS and spare parts management
- Proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are accurately recorded in the CMMS
- Maintain maintenance schedules, work orders, and preventive maintenance programs within the CMMS
- Establish workflows to build the asset database efficiently and accurately as well as continuous improvement and maintenance of the asset database
- Track spare parts usage and identify trends to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement of spare parts
- Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies including ordering
- Perform cycle counts of maintenance inventory, kit parts for planned maintenance intervals, and restock inventory
- Research parts needed, identify vendors, obtain quotes, add/move/replace physically and update the CMMS using BRAM
- Support asset induction for all equipment
- Act as BRAM trainer and subject matter expert
- Provide SAP project support for FE inventory management for induction into SAP
- Manage list of consumables and spare parts pricing in BRAM to support budget inputs
- Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, operations, and procurement, to ensure alignment on maintenance and spare parts needs
- Provide support to maintenance technicians and other staff regarding spare parts requirements and CMMS-related issues.
