Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with strong DIY and basic carpentry skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software

- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
Responsibilities
- Experience in dealing with daily requests & answering trouble tickets
- Small works, patching & painting, locks, handles, door closers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, deliveries & collections, and some small projects management
- General janitorial duties, unblocking toilets, rubbish removal etc.
- Replace defective light bulbs
- Internal moves
- Escorting vendors
- Understand and comply with site health & safety requirements at all times & work in a safe manner
- Ensure they wear suitable PPE where required & understand all risks in association with the tasks they are undertaking
- Able to carry out risk assessments relevant to the task
- Support the Soft Services Lead and the facilities team where required
- BMS/ system knowledge
- Team support
- All other duties and tasks assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection
