Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge and understanding of data systems, data reporting and querying
- Knowledge and experience with Excel
- Ability to organize, catalog and manage large volumes of files data
- Ability to effectively manage and foster a diverse portfolio of client accounts
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to understand data quality and have a deep commitment to ensuring data is accurate and reliable
- Basic process mapping and process improvement skills
- The position requires walking considerable distances to visit our spaces in 50+ buildings.
