Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in facility management leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing large-scale facility operations and teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management
Responsibilities
- Fostering a safety-first culture through proactive measures and recognition programs
- Managing and developing high-performing teams across different regions and functions
- Monitoring and improving client satisfaction through KPIs and regular surveys
- Overseeing the integration of Project Delivery Services, Occupancy Planning, and IFM Operations
- Managing budgets and driving cost-saving initiatives across sites
- Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and achieving performance goals
- Leading energy conservation efforts and promoting sustainable practices
- Introducing and implementing innovative facility management solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or IFMA credentials
- Experience with energy management systems and sustainability initiatives
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Familiarity with lean management techniques and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in managing client relationships in a B2B environment
- Multilingual skills to support global operations
