Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
  • Minimum of 8 years industry experience required either in the corporate and or campus facility environment
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, accounting and building systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Computer proficiency in CMMS software
  • Matrix manage both technical and administrative staff
  • Oversee multiple facilities of different functions

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular communication with the JLL client to ensure total customer satisfaction, and implementation of best practices for a safe, efficient, and sustainable environment
  • Administering PM program, on time completion of all monthly, quarterly and annual preventative maintenance tasks to ensure 100% uptime of all critical equipment
  • Coordinate and track work order assignments for field technicians and vendors. Meet KPI requirements for on-time delivery of all work orders
  • Manage planned and unplanned capital projects. Includes project planning, coordination, oversight, and preparing and presenting routine reports to Sr. Management
  • Prepare and administer the budget and provide variance reports for all locations under this position. Assure timely action taken on the financial aspect of all work orders including quotes and invoices. Provide timely financial reports to the client as required by Sr. JLL Management
  • Administering the safety program for all locations covered under this FM position. Includes meeting KPI requirements of providing monthly reporting of safety findings, attending client safety meetings, and providing oversight of all contractors for safety compliance. Administering safety training of JLL field personnel reporting to this position
  • Perform routine inspections of buildings, yards and equipment including providing reports of the current conditions. Follow through with action on any deficiencies found during the inspections

Preferred Qualifications

  • IFMA certification such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional AND / OR BOMA certification preferred
