Requirements

  • Knowledge of Production and Processing.
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve complex data and issues with continual process improvement focus.
  • Good working knowledge of PC applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated success in the application of safety standards, compliance with safety regulations, and the promotion of a safe working environment.

  • The first point of contact for the company to visitors and provides support with reception, security, technician, badge creation, ordering supplies, and shared facilities management
  • Performs facilities department support activities such as office /furniture/equipment supplies ordering, storing, badge creation, inventory vendor scheduling/coordinating meetings, activities, and events, receives, and sorts daily mail/deliveries
  • Compile and process data related to budgets. Maintain records for Facilities function
  • Effectively knobs information, requests and questions while adhering to confidentiality guidelines
  • Supports programs and/or processes specific to the facilities such as troubleshooting, repairing, preventative maintenance, minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs on any utilities found within the facility
  • Serves as liaison with others, within and outside the company, regarding facilities issues
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Facilities experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • 2 + years of experience with hazardous waste management and hazard communication preferred.
