Requirements
- High school diploma required, Associate Degree or equivalent training preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office -Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Adobe
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in dynamic and fast paced situations
- Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to work under time constraints
- Customer service oriented; extensive phone communication experience
- Ability to prioritize work on multiple tasks with minimal direct supervision
Responsibilities
- Create POs for all vendor work at site
- Match invoices to POs after work has been completed
- Work with site team to create Variance reporting including commentary
- Manage training for site team including assigning monitoring and reporting
- On board all new JLL employees
- Work with site team to create operating expense budget
- Work with site team to create and manage project POs
- Assist with tracking and archival of New Hire Training Requirements Packages
- Support office supply ordering for team
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a facility maintenance and operations environment (General Building Operation and Maintenance, Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing) is a plus
- Experience creating purchase orders/PO’s
