Requirements
- Master’s Degree with 6+ years (or Bachelors with 7+ years) of working experience in relevant field. Degree must be in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or other relevant engineering physical science discipline.
- Experience of leading engineer team, ramping advanced technology for mass production.
- Understanding and knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Strong project management skills, particularly focused on managing schedules, scope, and cost trade-offs of projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
Responsibilities
- Identify, resolve, and improve process integration issues and related problems.
- Perform project management and data analysis.
- Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs.
- Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development.
- Work with cross function teams to resolve technical & yield concerns.
- Develop and improve test structures that enable fast and rigorous characterization of process.
- Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to deliver organizational goals.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
- Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.
- Bringing new feature rich technology to high volume manufacturing, in Photonics and RF, working with leading customers to deliver products.
- Collaborating with technology development, process module & packaging team in ramping the technology and driving process solutions.
- Working with Technology Development & Business Unit to oversee the scope of projects and ensure that all technical needs are catered to.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD with 4+ years of working experience in relevant field. Degree must be in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or other relevant engineering physical science discipline.
- High-Volume Manufacturing experience in the FEOL/BEOL process with FINFET technologies, FDSOI, eNVM, HV, Photonics or RF technologies are a plus.
- 300mm Foundry experience.
- Results oriented and focused on quality of work.
- Excellent structured problem solving and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, clients, as well as internal and external partners.
- Strong presentation and technical writing skills.
