Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with Workday Extend
- 7+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design
- Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation
Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted consulting in response to customer requests, providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks, and troubleshooting
- Act as a queue lead for Extend, reviewing incoming customer requests and assigning appropriate delivery consultant
- Aggressively recruit, develop, manage, and retain a diverse team of consultants
- Promote a team-orientated, challenging, and innovative work environment
- Deliver on quarterly objectives including headcount/hiring, customer satisfaction, individual and team utilization and administer team’s incentive compensation plans
- Maintain and improve the consulting onboarding, performance management and career development processes
- Collaborate with peers and other team members to continuously look for process improvement to enhance the consultant experience
- Work across organizations to align on priorities
- Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) along with familiarity with the overall Workday roadmap and industry practices
- You will be measured on customer satisfaction, utilization, program revenue & retention as well as individual goals
