Responsibilities
- Follow the direction of the Express Maintenance Managers and Express Service Advisors to repair and maintain customer vehicles in a ‘fixed-right-the-first-time’ manner
- Perform basic vehicle inspections
- Conduct tire rotations
- Execute oil changes
- Replace batteries
- Replace wiper blades
- Identify and notify the customer of any additional necessary services based on immediate need or preventative maintenance
- Compliance with safety rules and regulations is required.
