Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or respective field
- 6 years in a lead or supervisor role
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years experience (if degree is not held)
- PMP certification
- Certified Facility Manager from IFMA
- ICS certifications
- 15+ years in large infrastructure & technically complex environments
- Flight operations experience with assembly, integration, and test
- NASA program knowledge
Responsibilities
- Ensures SOCS support to EGS operational activities is effective, efficient and on schedule
- Serves as primary interface with the EGS Operations team, including the Senior Vehicle Operations Manager and Launch Director
- Serves as primary interface with KIOSC personnel for EGS requirements
- Ensures system engineering expertise is available to support
- Manages the day-to-day operation of a segment of the organization or functional area of the contract
- Assists in program management responsibilities
- Formulates and enforces work standards
- Establishes policies and work rules
- Monitors activities
- Plans the use of materials and resources
- Responsible for personnel productivity, performance, and safety
