Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in Program or Project management
- More than 3 years of experience in producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
- More than 3 years of experience leading projects or teams
- More than 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Products – Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- More than 3 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
- More than 3 years of experience with Tableau and Cognos
Responsibilities
- Leads and coordinates staff actions with the project managers and/or functional leaders
- Ensures objectives are met by scheduling, de-conflicting, and prioritizing key tasks and proactively communicating leadership direction, guidance, and expectations for internal and external audiences
- Communicates strategic initiatives and projects activities to senior leaders
- Leads cross-functional process management activities
- Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
- Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators
- Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities
- Leads cross-functional process management activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- More than 3 years of experience working in Supply Chain or Supplier Management
- More than 3 years of experience working with large scale data systems and analytics
- More than 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
- More than 3 years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
