Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a mechanical technician or an electrical technician
- 1+ years of experience writing/following processes, procedures, and specifications
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting avionic equipment, general electronics, and/or aircraft systems
Responsibilities
- Bring up and operate Electronics Test Benches and Simulation Systems or assist team personnel with operating Test Benches and Simulation Systems
- Assist team personnel with electronics testing and troubleshooting
- Develop, document, implement, provide consultation on the application of, and ensure compliance with requirements for use of engineering tools, processes and standards
- Provide training and assistance in the utilization of processes and tools and supports the integration of engineering designs
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Provide configuration management, property management, coordinate changes, perform assessments of compliance and manage the implementation of product standards across company business units and programs
- Develop, maintain and distribute engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activity
- Collect, analyze and validate engineering performance metrics and coordinate organizational requirements to support business needs
- Work under general direction

- Experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
- Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement
- Experience installing/integrating hardware equipment/devices into a lab environment
- Experience with aerospace or military electronics
