Requirements
- An understanding of creator tools and experience using them.
- College degree or equivalent practical experience in design with an emphasis on graphic design, HCI, or related design field
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools such as Keynote or sketch.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and storytelling skills
- Willingness and ability to be a part of the creative spirit of the Adobe Design team
- An appreciation for design craft and the ability to blend that with a strong intuition for business
- A real passion for collaborating across many subject areas and teams
Responsibilities
- Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts while using and expanding a design system.
- Define and communicate clear design solutions in a relatable, inspirational, and simple way to understand.
- Find opportunities to create simplicity out of complexity. Make a plan and take action in ambiguous circumstances.
- Explore design ideas via sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes. Use feedback and research to refine and iterate toward product objectives. Pair strong communication skills with a user-centered perspective in order to influence and persuade.
- Dig in with prototypers, engineers and researchers to understand the capabilities of new and developing technologies to match user needs.
