Requirements

• Must be able to work in all types of weather, work flexible hours & all overtime as required
• Excellent attendance/work record required & capable of working independently with minimum supervision required
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (including handwriting skills)
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude required
• Must be able to consistently and effectively interact & communicate with all levels of associates, vendors, and business partners—professional phone skills required
• Must be flexible, highly self-motivated, and able to work as a team player
• Must be able to understand specific vehicle inquiries in computer and computer reports
• PC Skills required (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be able to effectively learn and use electronic and computerized equipment such as handheld scanners, printers, etc
• Good administrative and organizational skills required
• Excellent driving record required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the logistics team and the daily tasks in the load lines while promoting safety, morale, and quality
• Locate and identify exceptions in the load lines
• Perform minor BTU, and NCW tasks
• Identify and locate vehicles that need to be placed into processing, including marketing show cars and out-of-region vehicles
• Manage any units coming back to the VPC to get accessories installed
• Maintain load line space and parking spots
• Perform miscellaneous duties as needed. Shuttle drivers when needed
• Lead, train, and assist drivers

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with yard layout and vehicle movement is preferred
• Knowledge of different models, colors and accessories preferred
