Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, account planning, market research, strategy consulting, or sales leadership.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own executive experiences (summits, labs and custom CXO engagements) from planning, calendaring, briefing, and other preparation to event production, logistics management, and day-of support to quality control for materials presented to recaps and post-experience reporting.
- Keep team and partners on track to deliver on all deadlines update and manage the engagement pipeline and all process related tools.
- Manage and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate, and establish metrics for projects.
- Design and execute client engagements, collaborating with account teams to define C-level objectives, create a tailored agenda, then identifying and securing expert speakers to deliver tailored content.
- Organize detailed reports on engagement outcomes and overall impact assessment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in delivery of quality experiences handling executive level audiences and a general understanding of business products.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and anticipate project interdependencies and triage issues accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, and to interact with executives.
