Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience with the following
  • Experience in leading product strategy and business outcomes or leading engineering teams delivering critical business capabilities or technology strategy definition
  • Strong technical acumen coupled with strategic vision
  • Clear and compelling in written and spoken communication, including explaining complex technical concepts to senior non-technical AND technical executives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage simultaneously competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Leads the technology strategy supporting the business strategy for Medicare and Individual and Family plans, overseeing the development and execution of technology strategies, roadmaps, and initiatives.
  • Develops and drives the overall technology strategy, in alignment with the organization’s vision, mission, and long-term goals.
  • Leads programs to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and evaluate market trends and dynamics.
  • Communicates with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define strategic objectives and priorities, ensuring alignment across different departments and functions.
  • Leads the strategic planning process, facilitating discussions, setting goals and objectives, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.
  • Evaluates and approves potential strategic partnerships, acquisitions, or investments that align with the organization’s strategic direction.
  • Drives the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring effective project management, resource allocation, and timely execution.
  • Fosters a culture of innovation and strategic thinking within the organization, encouraging the generation of new ideas and driving continuous improvement in business processes and practices.
  • Communicates the business strategy and progress to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates, presentations, and reports to ensure transparency and alignment.
