Requirements
- Master’s degree and 8 years of health administration or related experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of health administration or related experience.
- Has a working knowledge of relevant student health center regulations, requirements, policies, and procedures and has applied them in other settings.
Responsibilities
- Provides internal leadership and strategic oversight for a large, multifaceted organization including the primary and specialty medical care, mental health services, sexual health and GYN services, and support administrative operations functions.
- Serves as a/the primary representative/liaison of the department to external stakeholders, including managing and setting the strategic direction of the medical clinic and mental health services in partnership with OLOL.
- Steward resources (human, financial, physical, etc.) to ensure quality, effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, and alignment with divisional and institutional objectives.
- Ensures quality in every aspect of the position including administrative guidance for human resources, searches and hiring processes, and building compliance and maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Vice President for Student Health and Wellbeing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- 10 years of related experience and/or within a university setting.
- Previous leadership within a college student health setting.
