Requirements
- High School or equivalent required
- Minimum 7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in personal computer use and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient typing skills required
- Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures that relate to operations within assigned organizational unit is preferred
- Ability to prepare and edit complex documents is preferred
- Ability to work on a team
- Ability to assume leadership role as needed
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of complex duties, with little supervision and exercising confidentiality
- Prepare communications, presentations, talking points, records, reports for Regional Leadership Team, Board of Directors and other internal and external audiences
- Initiate, prepare, and edit written reports using various software and/or database management applications
- Manage projects involving operational issues and compile results and findings for management review, including suggested improvements for greater productivity and streamlined processes
- Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all regional staff and volunteers
- Work closely with the Board of Directors and serve as a communication liaison with Board Members
Preferred Qualifications
