Requirements

  • High School or equivalent required
  • Minimum 7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in personal computer use and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient typing skills required
  • Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures that relate to operations within assigned organizational unit is preferred
  • Ability to prepare and edit complex documents is preferred
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Ability to assume leadership role as needed
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of complex duties, with little supervision and exercising confidentiality
  • Prepare communications, presentations, talking points, records, reports for Regional Leadership Team, Board of Directors and other internal and external audiences
  • Initiate, prepare, and edit written reports using various software and/or database management applications
  • Manage projects involving operational issues and compile results and findings for management review, including suggested improvements for greater productivity and streamlined processes
  • Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all regional staff and volunteers
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors and serve as a communication liaison with Board Members

Preferred Qualifications
