Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Business, Administration, Office Administration, or related
  • 7+ years of related work experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience as an executive assistant or related role in a large, complex organization.
  • Professional, polished and willing to provide the highest level of customer service at all times.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and demonstrated PC skills.
  • Ability to use innovation and initiative to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Evidence of ‘big picture’ perspective and ability to balance competing priorities or conflicting demands.
  • High level of initiative, effort, leadership, and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently and anticipating needs of EVP.
  • Strong and effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to understand the interdependencies of key stakeholder interactions and create an appropriate level of urgency based on their inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Timely management of directed outputs of the executive office.
  • Proactively plan and anticipate needs and timely actions.
  • Coordinate and execute on all daily meeting elements for the EVP and their leadership.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on administrative efficiencies and collaborate with division administrative assistants on establishing cohesive division practices and standards.
  • Cultivate partnerships with all peer levels, establishing themselves as a trusted and valued partner.
  • Handle all aspects professionally, with integrity and ethics.
  • Lead key projects and provide critical input as a trusted advisor and confidant.
  • Plan and execute division-wide events.
