Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provides executive-level administrative support, managing complex and confidential matters for senior leadership
  • Handles comprehensive office management including communications, visitor screening, mail processing, filing systems, and supply coordination
  • Manages all aspects of meeting administration, including Board meetings, from scheduling to minute-taking and distribution
  • Oversees financial duties including expense tracking, report compilation, and budget preparation
  • Coordinates executive calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling while managing all related logistics
  • Independently composes and manages correspondence, reports, and presentations, including research and data compilation
  • Collaborates on special projects and provides administrative backup support as needed
