Requirements
- 7 plus years of increasingly responsible administrative assistant/secretarial experience to executive level management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong business writing and grammar skills
- Basic mathematical and budgeting abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provides executive-level administrative support, managing complex and confidential matters for senior leadership
- Handles comprehensive office management including communications, visitor screening, mail processing, filing systems, and supply coordination
- Manages all aspects of meeting administration, including Board meetings, from scheduling to minute-taking and distribution
- Oversees financial duties including expense tracking, report compilation, and budget preparation
- Coordinates executive calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling while managing all related logistics
- Independently composes and manages correspondence, reports, and presentations, including research and data compilation
- Collaborates on special projects and provides administrative backup support as needed
