Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including meetings, travel, and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
- Screen and route incoming communications with discretion
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Support project tracking and follow-up tasks
- Liaise with departments and external contacts on behalf of executives
Preferred Qualifications
