Requirements
- Productivity nerd – geeks out over finding the right tools for the right tasks e.g. loves building spreadsheets, dashboards etc. to optimise processes and systems
- System thinker with an eye for detail – extremely organised and loves creating systems to help manage multiple tasks at one time
- Creative and flexible – finds creative ways to unblock problems in a flexible, thoughtful way
- Excellent prioritisation skills – able to understand context quickly, and prioritise accordingly
- Excellent written and spoken English e.g. experience writing business comms, dabbling in school newspapers, personal or professional blogs etc.
- Loves working with people, and is passionate about culture-building
- High integrity and can handle sensitive information with maturity and discretion

Responsibilities
- Build and run the systems and tools that allow our CEO to operate efficiently – mainly in Coda!
- Manage core components of our CEO’s internal and external communications – this may involve drafting key messaging, and prepping for key meetings
- Manage our CEO’s relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Drive cultural programs that are in line with our CEO’s top priorities across Grammarly
- Review and unblock our CEO’s schedule to make sure he is focused on the right areas on any given day
- Manage various administrative tasks, including—but not limited to—scheduling, booking travel, event planning, managing expenses and budgets, and more!
