Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or in other administrative positions.
- Have the ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks.
- Be proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace and other office productivity tools.
- Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Acting as a liaison between the executive and leadership team, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of tasks.
- Assisting in the preparation of meetings and presentations, including gathering necessary information and coordinating logistics.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Helping LT liaise with key project workstreams, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and action items. When projects are live.
- Organizing and coordinating internal and external events, such as team off-sites, conferences, and client visits.
- Processing expense reports and manage budgets related to travel, events, and office expenses.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in tech or SaaS environment is aplus.
