Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
- Experience with Workday and Concur is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage the SVP’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as a liaison between the SVP and other executives, employees, and external stakeholders
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and events
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the SVP
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and presentations
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for the HR executive office
- Coordinate with other departments to gather information and resolve issues
- Assist in special projects and initiatives assigned by the SVP
