Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Experience with Workday and Concur is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the SVP’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a liaison between the SVP and other executives, employees, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and events
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the SVP
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and presentations
  • Manage expense reports and budget tracking for the HR executive office
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather information and resolve issues
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives assigned by the SVP
