Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- 4 years-experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Cvent or any other event management software’s, as well as and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Ability to work well and collaborate within team of other corporate staff members in planning events, or other duties
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Travel up to 10% within the US
Responsibilities
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Coordinating community activity and volunteering events
- Plan large events with attention to financial and time constraints, as well as manage all event operations (booking, vendor relations, administrative tasks)
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Approaching all encounters with employees, customers and vendors in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Other duties assigned as needed
