Responsibilities

  • Managing and creating event registrations, reporting sites, and attendee management in EventsAIR
  • Providing help with event setup, teardown, and staffing for ODHE/OH-TECH events
  • Maintaining spreadsheets for each event and its ongoing event plan
  • Assisting with venue selection, booking, and logistics
  • Researching and maintaining lists of Columbus area venues and caterers
  • Working on special projects as needed
  • Managing the Lead Conference Planner’s calendar and schedule meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework in hospitality management, public relations, marketing, event management, business management, and program management preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
