Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and handle tight deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating logistics for on-site and off-site events
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Support in managing timelines, budgets, and supply inventories
- Attend and assist at events to ensure all elements are executed as planned
- Help prepare and maintain event documentation, materials, and reports
- Assist in creative brainstorming sessions and event design concepts
- Conduct site visits and provide administrative support as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field preferred
