Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle tight deadlines
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating logistics for on-site and off-site events
  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure smooth operations
  • Support in managing timelines, budgets, and supply inventories
  • Attend and assist at events to ensure all elements are executed as planned
  • Help prepare and maintain event documentation, materials, and reports
  • Assist in creative brainstorming sessions and event design concepts
  • Conduct site visits and provide administrative support as needed
