Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating event logistics from pre-planning to on-site execution and post-event reporting
- Support venue selection, vendor communication, and contract management
- Maintain detailed records of timelines, budgets, and supply orders
- Help develop run-of-show documents and coordinate event staff schedules
- Ensure event materials and branding are consistent and prepared on time
- Act as a point of contact for attendees and vendors before and during events
- Support internal reporting and event performance evaluations
