Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during events

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating event logistics from pre-planning to on-site execution and post-event reporting
  • Support venue selection, vendor communication, and contract management
  • Maintain detailed records of timelines, budgets, and supply orders
  • Help develop run-of-show documents and coordinate event staff schedules
  • Ensure event materials and branding are consistent and prepared on time
  • Act as a point of contact for attendees and vendors before and during events
  • Support internal reporting and event performance evaluations
