Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1+ year of experience in event planning, coordination, or support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed

Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company and client events
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to confirm logistics
- Support event setup and teardown
- Prepare and manage event materials, schedules, and guest lists
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in tracking event expenses and post-event reporting
- Collaborate with the events team to brainstorm new ideas for engagement and improvement
