Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events of various scales
  • Manage event logistics including vendor communication, equipment rentals, and venue coordination
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings and event briefings
  • Support on-site event execution, including setup, guest registration, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain event documentation, schedules, and post-event reports
  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, and catering needs as required
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and company policies during events
