Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events of various scales
- Manage event logistics including vendor communication, equipment rentals, and venue coordination
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings and event briefings
- Support on-site event execution, including setup, guest registration, and troubleshooting
- Maintain event documentation, schedules, and post-event reports
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and catering needs as required
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all safety and company policies during events
