Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in event planning or coordination is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of in-person events, including open houses, client appreciation events, and company gatherings
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all event logistics are properly managed
- Maintain inventory of event materials and ensure timely setup and breakdown of events
- Support on-site event execution and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budget tracking, and event reports
- Ensure all events align with brand standards and provide an exceptional experience for attendees
Preferred Qualifications
- associate or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, or related field preferred
