Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings for events
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events from start to finish
- Manage event logistics including venue arrangements, vendor coordination, and equipment setup
- Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor event timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Support on-site event execution and resolve any operational issues
- Maintain accurate event documentation and reports
- Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and interactions
