Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in event coordination or a related administrative role
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, materials, transportation, and on-site support
- Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare and maintain detailed event documentation and reports
- Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and team as needed
- Conduct post-event evaluations and compile feedback for future improvements
