Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in event coordination or a related administrative role
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and promotional activities
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments
  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, materials, transportation, and on-site support
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare and maintain detailed event documentation and reports
  • Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and team as needed
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and compile feedback for future improvements
