Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of events from concept to completion
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers
- Manage event setup and breakdown logistics
- Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Support the team with administrative duties such as scheduling, inventory, and budgeting
- Provide on-site event support and troubleshooting as needed
- Collect feedback and prepare post-event reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event planning, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in event coordination or administrative support is an asset
