Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of events from concept to completion
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers
  • Manage event setup and breakdown logistics
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support the team with administrative duties such as scheduling, inventory, and budgeting
  • Provide on-site event support and troubleshooting as needed
  • Collect feedback and prepare post-event reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event planning, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in event coordination or administrative support is an asset
