Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous event planning experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics, scheduling, and resource management.
- Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Handle event registrations, invitations, and attendee communications.
- Support in the creation of event materials and presentations.
- Monitor event timelines and budgets to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide on-site event support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Maintain detailed records of event planning and execution.
- Perform administrative duties as needed to support event management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous event planning experience is a plus.
