Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination
  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all requirements are met
  • Support onsite event management, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting issues
  • Maintain and organize event-related documents, contracts, and schedules
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for events
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for event staff and participants
  • Conduct research on venues, suppliers, and event trends to improve future planning
  • Provide administrative support to the events team as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or administrative support preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
