Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all requirements are met
- Support onsite event management, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting issues
- Maintain and organize event-related documents, contracts, and schedules
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for events
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for event staff and participants
- Conduct research on venues, suppliers, and event trends to improve future planning
- Provide administrative support to the events team as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or administrative support preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
